What's allowed when creating pins? Pinboard Visuals tries to be as lenient as possible.
While users cannot post anything that is illegal, copyrighted or otherwise against federal or state law, many other topics are allowed. If a user reports a pin that they deem should be removed, it will be reviewed and potentially removed, even if it doesn't necessarilly break any of these rules.
